My background combines hands-on technical administration with business ownership, product delivery, customer service, and organizational leadership. I am most useful where technology, operations, and people meet—and where solving the real problem requires more than configuring a single tool.

My current work includes enterprise application administration and technical project leadership in a large university environment, supporting systems used across facilities operations, planning and construction, environmental health and safety, finance-related workflows, and information technology.

- Creating a scalable Power BI delivery model with shared semantic models, governed workspaces, secure connectivity, and audience-based distribution.

Career perspective
Before entering institutional technology, I spent more than a decade co-owning and operating a service business. That experience taught me that technology is valuable only when it improves the operation it is meant to support.
Current interests
I am exploring practical uses of AI agents, self-hosted systems, modern data platforms, application automation, and technology that helps small or resource-constrained organizations operate more effectively.
Community work
Outside of my primary professional work, I contribute to nonprofit, library, event, and local community initiatives through clear communication, reliable systems, responsible stewardship, and practical service.
